Hey guys. My Osmo keeps saying my battery is dead but the charge has said countless times that it is fully charged. The right led is red and the gimbal doesnt even power up. Please help. This happened mod shoot woth nothing out the ordinary prior.

I just purchased a brand new Osmo yesterday and I also have the same red dead battery signal today several times, when I knew the battery was not dead.

I'm not sure. My conclusion is a subject of general temperature of battery and handle. These days of so much heat have given me problems batteries. Themselves in a cooler environment have worked well

I noticed that you had the battery issue since Oct. 2016 in this thread, that might not be covered under warranty if it is the same battery.
But if you need to send it in, please send the required email to support@dji.com and they will tell how to send it in. Thanks.
