Hi.

Got my OSMO mobile yesterday and I must admit that I am not impressed. Use my Galaxy S7 and DJI GO app.

1. The  OSMO mobile can not see my phone via the "eye" on the gimbal and therefore I can not turn on the OSMO. I use a normal black cover on my Galaxy S7. If i remove the cover then my phone is detected. I have put tape over the "eye" so I can use the gimbal with my phone as it is.

2. NO 4K!

3. All to often recorded videoes is faulty, meaning that there are big jumps/glitch in the recording.

4. AF lock simply don't work and that makes my timelapse video look like crap, jumpy and out of focus.
5. Issue with deleted files leaving empy spots in android Gallery

As it is now, I can not use the DJI GO app with my Galaxy S7, there is simply too many bugs and issues :-(
It will be great when all the bugs has been solved but until then is is no GO

Timelapse with AF lock that is not locked.... useless :-(

/Jan.

Also no 4k on Galaxy S7 Edge.

Nor the Nexus 6P and also there isn't a way to turn off autofocus within the DJI app. Get too much focus searching

The app for iPhone has the same issues. Video is skipping. Doesn't work well with iPhone 6/7 Plus.

Hi, please update your DJI Go, some phones have 4K through the update now.

I just bought the Osmo Mobile yesterday (23/Oct/2016) and everything is up to date with the latest firmware. However, I am having the same issues with my Galaxy S7 Edge.

The videos that are being recorded on the DJI Go App are super glitchy and stutter way too much. The video looks terrible. This is an issue with the DJI Go app.

When I use the normal Galaxy S7 Edge camera app to record video, there are NO issues. However, using this app means that the controls on the Osmo Mobile are useless.

Also, the max resolution in the DJI Go app is 1080p, not 4K. Please figure this out asap DJI!

Yeah I don't understand why a $20 selfie stick can control my phone's default camera app via BLuetooth but my $300 Osmo Mobile can't. Very frustrating!!

I bought Osmo Mobile 3 days ago. All videos are crap. They are out of focus, camera is trying to stay on focus but fails.  I am in really deep s**t at the moment because of this and totally frustrated. These videos require huge amount of editing. The phone used was Huawei Honor 8, but seems that it really doesn't matter.

I'm currently finding videos unusable do to focus searching. My videos pulse with focus searching. Useless... please fix DJI or I'll have to return this gadget of yours, too. (Already returned a z-axis for the x5 because it CAUSES more motion than it cures)

Angela, if you mean the feature posted on 12#, Osmo Mobile can control the default camera in your mobile phone.
Connect the Bluetooth of Osmo Mobile, then you could press shutter/video button in handle to control your camera.
Besides, Samsung Galaxy S7  has the 4K function. Please keep the firmware up to date.
