Found this great little video made by the guys at TOUCH SKY (link below) where they push the Mavic to it's claimed 7km range, all be it over water. But more importantly it still has juice to get back. Bloody impressive for such a small craft. Cannot wait for it.

I noticed the battery counter dropped lower than the RTH indicator on the red/yellow/green bar. Doesn't this mean it'll take longer to get home than the battery can support?
Edit: I'm a noob, so any help interpreting this would be much appreciated!

That is when you switch to Sport mode and give her full throttle.

According to specifications, the maximum range of the Mavic Pro is 13km under no wind condition.

Unless the outgoing trip is under tail-wind and afterwards wind change direction the returning trip is also under tail-wind, flying the Mavic Pro to a 7km distance away from the home point as in the video will definitely result with a critically low battery forced landing midway on its way home.

The video did not show how he get back his Mavic Pro.

What to expect if it happens in the mid of the sea?
