I was hoping they would start before the month end, so this is very pleasing. So the question now is; who's getting theirs first

Just think, if DJI had simply said 'Sorry for the delay. We're hoping to start shipping within the next 7-10 days' all the BS from the last few days could have been avoided!

Woot!  I tweeted to DJI support asking when it would ship.  They tweeted back this link: http://www.dji.com/newsroom/news/mavic-pro-shipping-update  I was sure it would be the same non-info blurb they've had posted the last few days but NOPE.  It was exactly what OP posted.  

My shipping status has not updated but this gives hope.

Not a problem, they can pick one up at the store .. if enough stock left These guys need to get in front of the line with their sleeping bag for days to come

I got an email from Amazon UK  "DJI Mavic Pro Fly More Drone - Grey"
    Estimated arrival date: November 04 2016


I preordered with them to get an estimated date, then cancelled then ordered again a few days ago.

if they was shipping today I wouldn't expect to see any tracking number until next week. As the main shipping company who delivers our package will need to receive them first to generate the tracking number.

They're probably only being shipped from China to main distribution hubs, and then out to customers and retailers.

I trust them. I think it's really funny that the guys that got their panties all in a bunch up and cancelled, and here we are less than a week later with a shipping announcement. I bet they're REALLY upset now! Lol.

If that can tell you how many people are in front of you.

I'm hoping dji private customers will be looked after here, has there been a system put in place regarding first come first served, although I think I wasn't in the first group ordering on 29th sept, the guys who ordered first direct from dji deserved a fair crack of the whip..
