Below are the exact steps to find out if your item is going to get shipped in the next 24-48hrs

Step 1 - Check on the Desktop Browser under DJI Order status. Step 4 will be colored in Blue. This is very good sign



Also if you check on the Mobile Website / App you will see DHL / Fedex under Shipping Information -> Shipping company


Step 2 - Now you should be very happy and wait patiently for 24-48hrs for Email from DJI / DHL. After 12hrs, you can start checking the Mobile site for tracking number

I ordered on the 30th (just after midnight) mine doesnt show any status updates yet. I asked chat and was told that the combo package will be shipped at the same sorta time as the standard

We shall see ... i'm still waiting... wont be impressed if we get penalised for ordering the package though

I did not order the combo but got the message for the drone itself today,  that It ship tomorrow,  by fedx,   have seen other post for the  single drone also,  but have not seen any conformation for the combo pack yet,   I did order some other items,  on a different order,  but again   no conformation on that either,

Sad .. Found out some ordered the combo on the first few hours on Sep 27.. No Shipping Notice ..

I ordered 29th a combo, when contacted chat line was told , it won't ship until November, that was a couple of days ago, I will contact them again to see if there is an update or a more specific date,

With almost any new release like this from a company, accessories are always a little bit behind. I can't believe that people didn't expect this.

yup I know, pretty annoying but there isnt anything I can do about it.

Ordered the fly more combo early on the 27th and no shipping info yet.

Order combo pack September 27th within the first two hours of release, nothing ? and I don't consider having a couple of extra batteries accessories. There was nothing in the description about if you spend an extra 300 bucks the first come first serve rule doesn't apply. I could see if I ordered the combo with prop guards ect.ect. But I did not.

Did he order from DJI direct? Also, I imagine at this point we won't hear further updates until later tonight in the US as it's very early morning in China atm.

Has anyone that has a drone that shipped stated where the drone is currently according to their tracking number? I suppose if they're in CA now they may still be shipping throughout the day.

Not a single "Combo" order have been shipped anywhere in the world... so what are we collecting here ...

Status updates from users that have ordered a combo so that we can see when they start shipping...

We know they won't answer that, and this gives us a timeline of when specific users purchased their package, and when those were shipped.

If we were to open that thread it would be no different than just pressing F5 all day and waiting for the status update on our own package. I suppose it is a bit "odd" but this is our best bet to get information quickly. The alternative would be to just wait until it comes which is fine too, but I have a trip planned and I'm hoping to have the drone delivered before then.

Excellent Reply !! This is the whole point of this forum !! With this thread, the goal is to connect to the rest of the Mavic Combo Customers and collaborate on the shipping dates so we can plan to take this drone or Drone X for our next venture !!!

Why they wouldn't answer that? Is this a sort of secret agency?Did we have donated money with the hope to receive some alien device?
If I purchase something in a shop and it's not available, I expect that the shop owner will tell me when it will be available.. rather than forming a group of unhappy customers to investigate something that should be easy to obtain.
I think people have lost the sense of the reality here.. we are PAYING CUSTOMERS .. we are *ABOVE* the company.. they aren't doing us a favour, we are paying BIG MONEY for it.

Never said they shouldn't answer, but rather won't. They haven't answered any questions regarding shipping times, or given a reason for the delay so why would they start now? All they've said since 10/15 is that they apologize for the delay and are working hard to rectify it.

Though to be fair, I don't think shipping times are easy to obtain for a new product such as this. I think the logistics of shipping products globally is far from a simple task.
