Try calling DHL, I have a similar issue also. Apparently customs are claiming the item is undervalued, so DHL asked me to email my proof of purchase and credit card payment details to nciexpress@dhl.com with the tracking number in the subject line. Hopefully I'll here something soon, been three full days in customs now...
Called DHL (cheers), they said the shipping manifest was forwarded early to Border Force ahead of the shipment landing. They're waiting for the goods to arrive and will match against paperwork. Orders over $1K get greater attention by Customs, and so does "dangerous goods" orders with these batteries (double whammy).
However, they said it's plodding along nicely and just monitor the tracking.
All I wanted to know is if it was being held up by Customs and if I or DJI needed to do something, but so far, so good. |
