Downloaded Assistant 2 and I can't login into my account --keeps saying enter Email in correct format-which I am doing--

Any ideas what to do?

I just logged in earlier and had no issues, Have you had issues before or is this the first time you've used the Assistant2?

Same here, thought i entered wrong password but i then changed that and tried again and still unable to log in. Was working before today thou.

First time I have used it--
Downloaded it on 2 windows computers and a Mac and same issue when trying to login from the opening page top right login squareKeeps saying to use correct email format

I'm sorry about that, try using a different email address.
You can also call 818-235-0789 and they may be able to walk you though it.

I am having the same issue, got the Mavic Pro and can't login into the DJI Assitant 2 software due to apparently me email address not being in the correct format despite being a perfect fine email address.
I am now unable to login into the software, I can still log into the app, website and even other DJI assistant software for their other aircraft.

But not this one.

I figured it out, really cant believe it but here we go.
You can not have a hyphen in your email address.

Could you fix this please dji?

Well my Email address also had a hyphen in it and no go --wrong format--

Had to create a new account with a new Email with no hyphen and now it works!!

Come on DJI PLEASE FIX THIS ASAP

Downloaded Assistant 2 on Mac, can't log-in, message appears "Incorrect email or password".
But when log-in on Windows, with same email and password, there's no problem.

I downloaded Assistant 2 for Mac. When I try to login it will not allow me to enter ID and password. It seems that the keyboard does not recognize the Login screen.  I've downloaded twice with the same results.

It's down today also.   Earlier I could use it but now, no matter PC or Mac I get incorrect email or password.   I also created a whole new account on DJI and Assistant 2 also says incorrect email or password

Yeah I waited like 20 minutes on DJI Support Chat....

I loved the response....  "We are upgrading our servers.  It will take 24-48 hours.  We thank you for your patience"

Translation:  Our server crashed... we have absolutely no idea why.  We Don't know when it will be back

Same here.  Can't log-in.  I even followed the "Forgot Password" path and changed my password and still can't log-in using Assistant 2 version V1.0,9

In the UK, have been trying to login since about lunchtime yesterday with no joy. Keep getting the same email error that everyone else seems to be experiencing.Logged into the new 1.0.9 version several times the day before without issue.
