I would not trust this to be waterproof as claimed.  Anything with a zipper will let water in eventually.  That said, it looks like a decent "soft sided" case.

I've been hearing good reviews about Polar Pro so purchasing the filters and the hard case from your company wasn't a hard decision.

By the way, is there a way to know if I'm part of the first 100 customers who ordered the filters and the hard case? If not that is ok. Just want to be sure I receive them before December 20, 2016.

Thanks Jeff.  I was just asking about your statement here: "so we made a few changes to it" and what changes you made.  That's all.  I'm sure your customer service and warranty is fantastic and I do plan to buy some filters.  I just wasn't sure about what was different about your case.

GPC is now offering hard case for the Mavic as pre-order and shipping before and after Thanksgiving.

I am looking for a hard case that would fit Mavic, controller, quad and car charger and 6 batteries.  Possibly a iPad mini and VHF handheld radio as well.  Looks like Pelican's Air 1485 maybe perfect for that.  Anyone tried it or have suggestion for a case that would hold all this without behind too bulky and heavy?

Its a tight squeese to fit in the 1200. Had to use a bit of cardboard to divide the transmitter and mavic.

Also got the 1450 and its have tons of space. Have already made slots for two extra batteries plus mavic, rc, charger and cables, memorycard and extra propellers. Got enough space for the charging hub and 4-5 pairs of props when they arrive.

I am using Freewell Mavic case its solid fits everything comes in DJI COMBO

I have been using the semi-hard bag from Amazon but picked up a Hard pistol case from Academy Sports for $29 on sale yesterday . It comes with pick and pluck foam but I picked and plucked most of it out and just use the foam insert from the Amazon case . I can easily go back to the Amazon case if I want to . There are many choices and sizes available if you check out some of the gun cases . There was a Pelican right next to it for $100 but I didn't see the actual difference to warrant the price increase over the one I got .

Not sure if this one was mentioned but google Nanuk Mavic Pro Case.  This case is a bit pricey, but it's the best I've seen and it holds the fly more combo plus more.  You can even slip your iPad in between the case and top foam.

I totally agree!  I just got mine from BH Photo in olive and I love it!  Just wish it had a spot for a tablet.  It is solidly built and waterproof

This is the one I lucked up on sale . They have several different sizes .

I know people are going to say this defeats the purpose of portability but I would like a hard case the holds everything including the mavic with its arms folded out. I'm worried the wires on the arms are going to wear out

Best bet is to get this one and then start looking for hard cases it can fit into .

Not sure which pelican case this is, but it's  deeper than a 1200, but the same length/width. Fits in two layers.
