I'm on a Nexus 6p with Android 7.0 Nougat. Upon flight, the app crashes almost every time. Anyone else experiencing this?  I tried restarting the phone and it seem to help a little but still crashes. After the first crash and restarting of the app, it consistently continues crashing.

Here is a list of the DJI recommended devices. I see the Google Nexus 7 but 2nd generation.
Can you try a different device too.
Also, do you have USB debugging on, all other apps closed, does airplane mode make any difference?

Nexus 7 is a tablet. I'll try with debug mode off and airplane mode.

You can also go into the HD settings and manually turn down the bitrate to see if that helps.

In that case, Samsung S7/ Edge is not looking good. I'll trade mine for an iPhone 7 Plus and be done with it.

I know the iPhone7 works really well with the GO app.

Correct, part of the updates states "Fixed occasional crashes when using low resolution tablets"

It's a Nexus problem... you know, Google.

Yes. I also just uninstalled the app, rebooted my phone, and reinstalled it.

Seems to be working better, though it still crashed on me the first time I enabled activetrack.

Also check the RAM on your phone, the GO app uses a lot of processing power.The webgage does say that it needs at least a 7 ll

Correct, the S6 is on the DJI GO device list. I have the same (non edge) and the app works perfectly.

Nexus 6p with Active Track had issues with OSMO Mobile as well .. It was fixed but some times now occasional crashes ..

I flew the Mavic until low battery warning prompted me using Samsung S7 Edge. No reboots. I didabled fast cable and wireless charging though as recommended by fellow forum member. I also tried active track. No reboots so far.

No app crashes to report for my last few flights. I think the last update might have fixed it.  I also freed up some space on my phone which may have helped.
