I placed an order on 9.20.2016 and received it on 10.20.2016, & I've also received a credit for the "Lucky Monday" promotion.  All of these credits show as "available soon".  I'd like to get on the wait list for a Mavic, but would like to use my credits toward the purchase.  How long must I wait for them to become available?

Isn't it better for DJI to release these credits faster, to accelerate the turnover. For example i am ready to buy new item, but forced to wait while the credit will become available.

Usually, DJI Credit will be available to use about 15 days after your order has been delivered.
How long did your previous order be delivered?

We bought MAVIC few month ago on my work at cheap paper writing service and we receive DJI credits after 15 days with no problems

Can you also help me determine when my credits will be available? My order was delivered last June 12, 2019, but it still says "Shipped" and not "Order completed" under My Orders.
