In case you ever wondered what a defective motor bearing sounds like.
Less than 14 hrs in the air, no crashes, no hard landings, no tipping over.

Have you tried to spin the motor without propeller by hand?
Will it spin smoothly or not?
And please try to hover the aircraft in a low altitude to see if it's normal.
Please be careful.

Yeah, done all that before making the video.
Heard a 'strange' noise while the motors were still spinning - after turning them off. Started and shut down again - the same.
Spinned all motors by hand and three are just fine, hardly any noise to hear, one made this rattling sound.
Did several flights that day. First it was all fine, nothing to hear, then - all of a sudden - that noise.
Also without the propeller that motor does not turn as smooth as the other three.
It's definitely a defective bearing.

Should something like that happen? No, it shouldn't.
Could it happen? Yes, at any time.

It will stay on the ground until the issue is solved.
I already contacted the dealer I bought it from, thanks.

Just posted it here, to show what a bearing failure sounds like.

Unbelievable. Clearly the motor has a fault but yet telling you to hover it. I'm shocked!

Get an air compressor with an air nozzle and ram some air down the motors. You might have some metallic debris.

I agree that it may just be debris trapped inside. Those bearings are tough, and even if you crash it, the bearings don't typically disintegrate easily, much less if you haven't crashed. They just become noisier, but in a more high-pitched droning sound, not rattles.

Just a thought.

Good to hear you're getting this addressed. Should you run into any issues with your dealer, the Europe Support team would be able to get you up and running again as well.

+1.
One of the motors on my P3P sounded just like that. I bought a new motor with the intention of replacing it myself. I tried using canned air on it with no improvement. So I placed the P3P upside down on my work bench and started to disassemble the shell by loosening the shell screws, then the motor mount screws. I had to stop working for a second when my g/f asked what I was doing. And when I flipped the P3P over to spin the motor for her, the sound was gone.

I'm assuming it was something that had gotten into the motor and was causing the noise..

I too have the same sound albeit not quite as loud but definitely the same sound on my left rear motor only. Just noticed it while it was spinning down from a flight.

What was the solution or confirmed diagnosis. Thank you.

Yeah I would turn it upside down and blow compressed air through it while spinning. You never know. Might save shipping it/down time.

I have the same thing going on my P4 left side. Front worse than back. I'll try the blow trick.

My motors are fine. The noise is just the props wobbling on the mount as the motor spins past the magnet waves. I bent the little spring clips up (which I've read about on here before) to hold the propeller tighter and no more noise.

Hello, I'm having the same problem but with 3 motors out of 4. I have blowed air into the motors while spinning by hand in inverted position, but nothing changed.
How do I contact Europe Support Team?

I had the same exact problem I was very worried about flying. After reading about tightening the spring. I tried it. Fixed, fixed, it is fixed !!!
