you can get to pre sales chat through the dji go app. Although it isn't like it is useful at all.

The Reverse cable was never included. Originally it was the Standard Micro USB and the Lightning Cable. Then they added the USB-C cable, making a set of three. Are you sure you need the reverse one, not the standard? If you lookin the manual or the quick start guide it shows which way round is standard and which is reverse. It's just a matter of the port orientation on your phone.
