Since it will take some time for the credits to become available, I'd like to buy some spare props. When I check the shop, it says there are no delivery charges. When I advance to checkout, DJI wants to charge nearly 20€ for 50gramms of plastic. What's going on here?

When I look at the store, in the upper left corner it says Free shipping on orders over EUR 300. Where do you see the no delivery charges statement at?

Inside the red frame. "Versandkostenfrei" (german for free shipping)

What I understand is that is a link to show you how to get Free Shipping. It is not indicating they would ship free with the item.
But it's confused though.

There's a minimum order size to get free shipping.

You would normally label that "shipping fees", "plus shipping" or something, not free shipping. Thats something completely different. I've checked multiple sites/languages - it's only in the german version.. Kinda strange.

Minimum value is 300€: CareRefresh is 119€, Battery is 99€, so no, not over the value. The funny thing is, it says free shipping until i proceed to checkout. They want to charge ~20€ for DHL. BUT(!!!) if I switch to the basket and click "Checkout with Paypal" (redirects me to paypal) it charges only the 9€. Nothing for shipping.
