I would like to know if I am able to change my shipping address for my mavic if it doesn't arrive in time as I am moving out of states to another country.. anyone did it before?

Yeah I did, online sales email say yes they can, but live chat say no, so they are confusing me..

so this is the drill if you pay with Paypal they would go around and around and say they cant, that they have a system limition etc.  Go to paypal and open a dispute so they get Paypal changing you delivery address. If you paid with a Credit Card they SHOULD be able to change the address via the live chat.

But well, they are mostly ignoring everyone at the moment

If the mavic isn't shipped yet it should be possible, ony problem is that customer support is quite busy right now.
I would call them or whrite an E-Maill.

They are taking days to reply my email, I am quite piss with them.

All I can say is...  Good luck!  You probably still have a lot of time before they actually ship...
