Where can we buy replacement battery for the Phantom 3 Advanced/Pro remote controller?

Is there not a source for batteries for the RC?

As far as I am aware, DJI do not sell the battery as a spare. You have to send the RC unit in to them to get it replaced.

That hurts, mega!! Haha sorry but the facts are facts.
You can not purchase an RC battery, but they will gladly replace it for you, in shop.
Only a short down time, the sooner you send it in, all the better for you...

How is it, that you need a new RC battery, in the first place?

Just as mentioned above,if there is something wrong with the controller,I'd suggest you to get in touch with our tech support at support.us@dji.com and send it in for further evaluation.
