I am interested in DJI's response to the current problems. My cynicism of corporations is that they will look after themselves before their customers. If you are a victim of a flywaway drone are DJI accepting fault, oir trying to blame you. Or are they ignoring you until they work out whether to acknowledge the problem or not?

Yes they are responding and DJI-Ken is a big driving factor in getting issues resolved. They are currently looking at my files which I had trouble uploading in the first place. However, they have not given me any information why the Mavic was uncontrollable and what the possible solution could be. It looks like they have to look at as many cases of this problem before they can give a clear answer to whats happening. Might be several weeks.
