Hi all

Having problems with my OSMO+ not saving video on my iPhone 6S+. Latest iOS version and DJI Go app.

Video cache setting is ON in settings.

Device has 36GB free space.

It is saving photo cache just not video cache.

I have previous video cache from my old OSMO (non plus) and Phantoms etc. but can't get the OSMO+ video cache to save.

Anyone else? Anyone have advice?

I'll report if I get it working otherwise but so far it's a no-go.

Exactly the same problem here. The photos cache, but the video simply doesn't.

Hello, what exactly this fuction (video cache) do? I couldn't find this information on the user manual. My recorded videos are saved on the SD Card, and when I want some recorderd video on my phone, a just download the selected video using DJI Go app.

The videos should cache to your phone automatically. They appear in lower res, for easy reference. If you want to edit or export a video in full res, you need to download it from the app as you say. But a lot of us use the cached videos for quick reference.

Hum ... interesting. I didn't notice any video on my iphone (even on low res) without I force the download.

Does the automatic cache make available the low res videos on the iphone camera roll? or only inside the DJI Go App?

It saves to the DJI GO app. Then you can export it to camera roll etc.

Glad to see I'm not the only one with the issue. If the mods could be so kind as to report to the R&D team as a bug.. Video cache not working for OSMO+. Thanks
