I am contemplating selling my Mavic on eBay. The going price plus the fact that I don't really trust the Mavic right now makes it pretty compelling. I can always come back when stock levels are higher, and when the bugs have been worked out.
My question, does DJI Care Refresh transfer with the drone if I sell it or is that linked to me specifically?
1) DJI Care Refresh can be cancelled upon return of the aircraft purchased, according to DJI refund policies.
2) DJI Care Refresh cannot be cancelled without returning the aircraft purchased.
3) DJI Care Refresh cannot be transferred after purchase.
Yes, you can sell the Mavic to another user and the refresh is attached to that particular Mavic (until you do an exchange using your care then it would transfer to the replacement)
1) DJI Care Refresh can be cancelled upon return of the aircraft ...
Just wondering if anyone can answer these 3 questions.
"2) DJI Care Refresh cannot be cancelled without returning the aircraft purchased."
Q #1 If unsued and not activated to the aircraft can DJI Care Refresh still be canceled/refunded?
"3) DJI Care Refresh cannot be transferred after purchase."
Q #2 Can not be transfered to another person or aircraft. I assume both can not be transfered.
Found this picture email from an ebay seller:
Q #3 is it fake?
Refresh goes with the aircraft so don't be worried.
Besides, your doubling your profit.
It's crazy that people are getting up to 1.5 times the price they paid, I guess that's supply and demand.

what if i got a new drone back from the repair shop at dji? i should be able to transfer the dji care refresh to the new one, right?
When you use DJI Care Refresh they automatically transfer it to the new drone. I just used it last month.

What do you mean, when you say sellers get 1.5 they paid? You mean the price of the DJI Care Refresh? And how would thaht make sense?
What if you buy an aircraft and refresh, then 1 month later crash your drone into the ocean, unable to retrieve it. Then buy a replacement drone without using refresh. Can Refresh be transfered to the new drone? Or did I just dump the money away and lose both the drone and the refresh?
I recently bought zoom and activated Dji Refresh on this product. However, I am not happy with the camera performance and would like to change it to Mavic Pro 2. In this case, is my refresh service going to be transfered to mavic pro 2?
