Yes they are an Ipad Mini 3 and Ipad Mini 2,  As far as the cables go I picked up 3, 13in White MFI Certified Lightning To U... all Apple Lightning Devices from CreatePros LLC. The bar code number is X000M5J75X if that helps. I like them as you don't have the other cable dangling around or having to roll it up just so it can fall out. Going down to Cincinnati to a historical site and a few other popular ones as well
