After 1 year and 6 months of waiting the problem still persists. There are so many other users affected by the same problem. My warranty is almost gone. Your warranty is useless. No firmware is updated, no compensation from DJI Germany because they lost two months of doing nothing and claiming that they had replaced the gimbal (because of the firmware?!?!?!?!) They DID NOT replace anything,
THERE IS NO SERIAL NUMBER OF THE OLD GIMBAL, NO SERIAL NUMBER OF THE NEW GIMBAL, THERE IS NO VIDEO TEST PRОVING THAT THE PROBLEM WAS RESOLVED.
NO INFORMATION WHAT DID THEY DO AT ALL. IT'S A SECRET!!!
When I get back the drone, everything was the same. No change. I wrote them. And they told me... guess what? To send the drone back again?!?!
