I have owned my Phantom 4 for a few months now and should have brought this up earlier.

I am using an IPad Air,Phantom 4, Class 10 SD card and while flying the drone and recording  under either 4k or 1920 x1080 i get green across the ipad screen or black stripes on the ipad screen or the frame itself freezes. When viewing the recording after the lice recording was done the Green appears on the video recording, as does the black stripes and when the frame froze it just freezes the frame itself and eventually moves onto the next frame.

This is happening n a regular basis now and I want a solution. I just ordered a Mavic so i am a repeat customer and if you guys do end up building and selling a Transport Canada Compliant Drone I will also consider buying one of them as well but please fix this issue!

I also wanted to add that when i view the raw data on the SDcard on my pc not through the DJI GO App I dont see the green, missing frames or the black stripes

You might look at all the other threads on here reporting the same issue. You are not alone. The issue is in either the RC unit or the Go App. It seemsa it can be remedied by downgrading the firmware one step.

Could you please clarify your current aircraft and RC firmware version?
Also please ensure that you do not have any programs running in the background and enable hardware decoding from DJI GO app.

Iam currently using Phantom 4 1.02.0602 firmware, app version 3.1.0 and rc firmware 1.8.0.

Today i was out practicing continued to give me green screen, video transmission issues. I am using ios but not sure where and how to enable hardware decoding nor do i know how to roll back the rc firmware to 1.6. When i push and hold the graduation hat symbol for 5 seconds i see where to downgrade the phantom 4 firmware but not the rc firmware. This is very frustrating

When you attempt to downgrade the RC firmware, do you leave the aircraft off? That will single out the RC firmware.
