Is there a way to Zoom in and Out using the Inspire 1 with Dual Remotes Camera Functions?  If so, how do you accomplish this?

You cannot zoom in on the Inspire 1. Only thing you can do is crop in post.

1) Aim camera to POI
2) Set frame-rate to highest (60 frames)
3) Fly in straight line towards POI and close in
4) Reverse maneuver (3)
5) In post, speedup that section of the video (simulating zoom in/out)

Note : I never tried this, so would this work ?

Well if we ever get the iOS App we can start requesting at least a digital zoom.

Digital zoom will just reduce the image quality. Shoot in 4k, edit in 1080 and zoom up to 4x in post.

As the final image I agree about digital Zoom reducing quality, I should have added that I would like to have digital zoom for real-time POI and not for recording quality video.  At certain points of interest it would be helpful to have a digital zoom to close in on the subject.
