I am trying to buy DJI refresh but it won't let me. Keep getting this message "Aircraft S/N You've purchased DJI Care for this aircraft before."

But all I did was go though the process but on the payment page I didn't fill out in time and it timed out on me.

Now when I try to buy I get that message saying I already purchsed it but I didn't!

What do I do now?
