Upon initial startup of my P3P I noticed the camera gimbal pointed to the left and then slowly moved to pointing straight after about 45 seconds.  I have been flying my drone for about 3 months and this is the first time it happened.  I have the latest firmware and RC versions.  Can anyone comment or suggest what to check?

Please cool down aircraft firstly, then start to calibrate IMU in a very level surface once you turn it on.
Then calibrate gimbal manually and check again.

Should the IMU be recalibrated after a firmware upgrade or DJI GO update?

After firmware upgrading, you could calibrate the IMU.
And if there is a message on the APP asking you to do that, please calibrate it as well.
