I have a question for you, I would like buy a new phantom and the problem is that I can't use my left hand because I have a problem.
Do you think is easy to use the drone with one hand or is it complicate?

I know for a fact you can control the drone with just one hand using your thumb and ring finger.  The only problem you might find is that you will need to place the controller on a label surface like a small table or something

Aloha Simo,

     There is also a belt that you can use with the neck strap.  It holds the controller level in front of you.  I use one on occasion.  It is a re-purposed utility bag (laptop bag) strap with clips on both ends.

     But they do sell dedicated controller belts at Hoodman;

Not cheap but it works.  Still good to have the strap around the neck along with the belt.

You are able to change the way the control sticks work,  ie: mode change, so you can try different settings to see what works best for you as well
