Hi
I have some troubles with the DJI assistant.
I made the firmware upgrade named Firmware Version: 1.2.602 But when I want to go in my flight records, it tells me to upgrade once more, as you can see in the youtube video attached.
Can someone tell me what's wrong with it ?Thanks in advance
Also, perhaps an obvious question, but did you change batteries after the initial upgrade? Alternatively, if you didn't change battery, did you power the battery down and then back up after the firmware update completed to reboot it?
Anyone know what the code "Air Encoder Error (0x20) signifies? I have tried every which way to upgrade the firmware for the Phantom 4 both through the DJI Go App and the Mac Assistant and both continually fail as usual with an update for the aircraft. Any suggestions would be most appreciated, before going back to the shop - yet again. :-(
Thanks for your answer. I checked my aircraft statut which tells NORMAL.It also shows :
APP Version 3.0.2
Appareil Version 01.02.0602
Radiocommande Version 1.8.0
I made a new test this morning as you can see with something new :

If the error persists after restarting it for several times, then it needs to be sent in for evaluation, our engineers will help you get it fixed. Please feel free to send an e-mail to support@dji.com for further help.
Thanks.
I would like to fly with it but I first want to be sure that all will be ok.
Should I make the upgrade on my 3 batteries ?
Thanks in advance
Cheers,
Isabelle

The air encoder error normally refers the the internal Lightbridge unit. Like Natalia suggested, if the issue persists after power cycling the aircraft or from performing a factory reset, then you may need to send the unit in for service. Just to clarify, did this happen after updating firmware or from a hard landing?
