1. Make sure batteries are fully charged before each flight.
2. Warm batteries to 25°C or more before flight (battery warmer)
3. Hover the aircraft for around a minute to allow the battery to warm up.

4. put it back in the bag and go home.

Flew mine today in -21 Celsius (-5.8 Fahrenheit) with no issues at all. Had the Mavic and remote indoors until beginning of flight. Only thing to consider is keeping my iphone tucked into my jacket while I flew to keep it from shutting down. Flight time was nearly 20 minutes when my hands got too cold to take anymore!

I have the same problem. The Mavic is fine, but it's my hands that don't like being in the cold!
