so i order my mavic from best buy on october 22 and it say i will get by nov 30. now i looked online and best buy is having the p4 for $1000 for black friday should i buy this mean while i wait on my mavic? and how hard would it be able to flip it if i pass my 40 days return policy from best buy or something were to happen like a crash?

There are already a few p4's brand new on Ebay for 999, I'd say you'd be able to get most of your money back, but I doubt you'll be able to make any or or even get your 999 back after shipping and taxes you pay at BB.
