X5 Stopped Working HELP

Hi, folks

I'm having this issue with the Zenmuse X5 wich came with the Inspire Pro. I bought it last May and have been using it without any problem since. Never had a crash, neither drops, and it worked perfectly. Even used it with the Osmo using the adapter. Thing is, the other day i was setting it up on the Inspire for a shot, and the camera just didn't work. When i turn it on (happens both on Inspire and Osmo) the X5 flashes green 9-10 times, then flashes red once, and nothing happens.

Tried changing SDcard, updating firmware, but it doesn't work. The App recognizes that the camera is attached (it is on, i can hear the fan, and it recognizes it is an Inspire/Osmo Pro) and i can even set the configurations, but i get NO IMAGE and NO STABILIZATION. It is weird, because i thought it was something with the connection...

Is there any way to solve this? It doesn't seem like a hardware issue...

At this time, what firmware are you running on all your components? What version of the Go app do you have? Have you tried relinking the Inspire to the RC to ensure that the Lightbridge component is working properly? Do you recall if the last thing you use the X5 with with success was the Inspire or the OSMO? Is there any thing that you can recall doing from when it last worked to now that may have affected the unit?

I'm with the latest update on everything. Last time i used it was with the OSMO, and sometimes it wouldn't come back if i put it on sleep mode, so i had to turn it off and on again for the camera to start.

Could you happen to provide a short video of how the camera behaves? You also said that it does the same thing on both the I1 and OSMO, correct?

Here is an update:

The Zenmuse X5 managed to work with the OSMO today. I had to hold it in an angle so it started balancing. I checked the firmware and it was "unknown", so i tried to update to the latest (3.0.40) and it worked. Down there is the txt log, it says "FOCUS NOT CONNECT". It has been working so far, but i think it is going to fail again, because i have to hold the camera straight so it will start stabilizing (both OSMO and I1)

I have no video atm.

I cannot turning on the camera maintaining the position.

I have just flown a brand new Inspire 1 Pro with X5 having updated all firmware and iPad DJI GO software without an issue to 250m. One flight probably not a valid sample though!

Are you also using both an Inspire and an OSMO like the OP? Did you notice when this started occurring?

I'm having this same issue with the X5 connecting and the fan going on but the gimbal will not work.  I tried updating with the newest firmware but it wont take the bin file.  It wont create a text log.  I was able to pull up the hidden files and still no text file in the log folder.  What do I do?
