To clarify, could you happen to provide a list of your set up?

I am having exactly the same issue as OP.

I have cameras setup on AV and HDMI inputs on LB2 Air Unit. The two cameras can both output to Android or iOS device through USB, and I can switch between both video feeds there, but no video feeds of any kind will output on either the master or slave LB2 Ground Unit HDMI outputs. The only thing that shows up on the HDMI output is the OSD, which comes from the LB2 Ground Unit, not the AV/HDMI camera inputs.

I should also mention: because none of the HDMI outputs on either master or slave LB2 Ground Units will work, all picture-in-picture (PIP) capability is gone, since PIP is obviously not working on USB devices. Seriously, DJI.

THE ONLY WAY to get HDMI output on LB2 Ground Units to work is to enable the EXT Port. Doing this forces just 1 of the 2 video inputs to be accepted over LB, and since I don't have any video input on EXT, it's just blank. Bugs galore.

Setup:
M600
Ronin-MX
SRW-60G
HDMI input: RED Epic W or Canon 5D III
AV input: GoPro Hero 4 Black on a 2-axis gimbal

Is a pitty when something works fine, and a new upgrade make it fails..., The normal way is PIP could be avalaible in Ipad/Iphone/Tablets..., and the way now is imposible PIP in all devices incluide HDMI monitor... Congratulations!

PIP (Picture In Picture), is imposible in Matrice 600 with HDMI Monitor, with these new versions...,
Pleaseee, fix it soon!

I feel your pain, This is my exact setup.  Have you used non-Mac upgrades or downgrades?  Please let us know how this turns out.

Start your bandwidth Allocation completely off and try and work it up from there.  See if that helps at all.   

Would appreciate a comment from DJI-Jamie. Lots of photographers/cinematographers using the M600 for work and reliant upon using HDMI output for flights.

I understand software development and bug smashing is hard to provide an ETA for, but is this issue something yuour devs are aware of and working to solve?
Will a firmware downgrade solve this problem in the meantime?

The problem occurred after updated DJI GO App (v.3.0.2) and Remote Controller (v.1.1.70)..., DJI GO app is imposible to downgrade, and Remote Controller fixed a big problem with this upgrade (connection with Aircraft, finished "Aircraft Disconnected" message) but if return to the last status PIP, all could be fine..., this is important for me and for my work...
The main problem is: Must to "Enable EXT Port" to have image in HDMI Monitor.

I use Mac upgrades and downgrades..., Are u having issues with PIP (Picture in Picture) in HDMI Monitor?? AV and HDMI images at the same time...

If your iTunes back up has the older Go app version, you can back up to the older version. You can see if that's possible and it would rule out whether it's an issue with the RC or the app.

Cold you update everyone on this issue?  I haven't flown mine since the upgrade so I;m worried the AV won't   work now

Yes probably you are right - it is working with DJI cameras not other....

Today I was testing on 3 diferents Ipad (but all in 3.0.2) and 2 different AV Cameras (Mobius and Tarot)..., the problem appear when i turn on the HDMI camera (GH4 in RONIN MX)..., AV camera die..

The problem is with GoApp coding which is impacted both andriod and iOS . We have the firmware of M600, MX and GoApp to the latest you are offering. The issue is with the latest app. If we just enable HDMI/SDI and choose HDMI or AV , there is no feed to the external monitor from the camera like GH4 sitting on Ronin MX . The only way we can get either AV or HDMI feed is by enabling EXT port which is meant to be enabled for DJI X5 series cameras.

Android... iOS... doesn't matter; same issue. There's nothing end-users can do to troubleshoot this, so my M600 is grounded until a fix comes. Meanwhile, M600 Pro and Inspire 2 launch, and I'm like... DJI, FIX YOUR CURRENT SOFTWARE. FFS.

Anything guys?  I've just been using mine for stills right now with the X5 on it.  I feel foolish with such a big drone and tiny cam lol.

Going to try to downgrade Lightbridge firmware... as much as that makes me uncomfortable. Will report back here with test results.

DJI, do you have a Lightbridge SDK that I can download and try to fix this problem? Maybe I can help you fix your bugs.
EDIT: Downgraded Lightbridge firmware to the first previous version and this issue persists.

I may be totally wrong here - but something tells me that you can not have both an AV and a HDMI camera sending at the same time. I have read this somewhere, but I am not able to find where I saw this. To do both AV and HDMI at the same time you would need a N1 video encoder. I will try to find out wher I read this.

I am currently able to stream HDMI and AV simultaneously; HDMI to master remote DJI GO app, AV to slave remote DJI GO app... and vice versa. No N1 video encoder required. Perhaps it's old news on that forum?

Also, with EXT disabled, you are given the option to adjust the bandwidth usage between HDMI and AV, which implies both streams use the same bandwidth. The menu options also allow for a HDMI/AV PIP (in theory, hense this thread).

I tried with Android and Go App 3.0.1 (no the last update), and i found the same problem, when i turned on the HDMI camera, AV die. I need to turn "Enable EXT Port" to view in hdmi monitor and select "PIP EXT / PIP LB" to the monitor try to do a PIP (always gray screen in AV camera viewer) , THE PROBLEM IS THE LAST LB2 UPDATE, i tried to downgrade but after that i always have "Aircraft Disconnected" with the before firmwares... (I tried  a lot of ways: M600 ON / M600 OFF... while downgrading). We need a solution!

Have any of you tried the latest 3.1.0 Go app version to see if there are any changes? I had reported this to the development team, just hoping to gather any additional information if possible.

I repeat: the problem isnt the App, the problem is the last update of LB2 remote control
