I am trying to download and install the P2 assistant v.3.8 and the RC assistant on my Mac with OS  X 7.5. They seem to download fine, but when I try to open them by clicking on the PT2 icon, I get a message that the installer suddenly closed. I followed the istructions from the new manual v.1.4. Any thoughts on what I may be doing wrong?

Welcome to hell. It turns out that for Windows computers DJI supports as far back as a 14 year old OS like Windows XP.
For Mac users, if you have a 2 year old mac, the DJI app does not work. Go buy a new mac...
It all about DJI programmers incompetence of not ticking a box before compiling the app..

Not sure is this is the problem but worth a shot. The latest version for the MAC is 10.10.2. I would think that DJI has moved up to that and the version 7.5 may not be supported.
