Hey i was flying my p4 and before flying the second batterry i made a update on the battery and it stop working theres a way i can fix it thanks

Just to make sure I'm on the same page. The first battery, the one you updated, produced a battery error? The second one, that's not updated, did not do this, correct?

Correcr thw first battery is damage now and doest work i want to know what can i do about it

I have the same error with 1 out of my 4 batteries. Battery error. Battery signal error if I try to start the P4.
If I roll back to the previous firmware, it works fine. As soon as I flash to 1.2.602 it stops working.

I've flashed the P4 numerous times. No help.

DJI- I opened a ticket 336778, please help!

Have you already tried a factory reset via the Assistant 2 software?

Thank you for the posts. Better I wait to update my 3 batterys.

But just for the case of damage after updating:
I going to hold DJI dull responsible for all damage occurs caused by firmware how cause problems after I bought my P4. Just because in the very beginning all was fine. After several updates more and more errors appears so my fun to fly it is very limeted.
That's for I spend too much money on that toy.
The Disclaimer with the last update has no value in Germany because he cut my giving rights by Paw as a costumer. I have doubts DJI will test that in trial.
SO START TO MAKE RELIABLE FIRMWARE!

For me , i updated one of two batteries.   The one i did not update (may)caused of air craft abnormal, i think so.   

The problem is when i hovered AC to test the critical (10% ) batt. level to see if it land automatically or not but when the battery reach 14%, the AC flied back its self rapidly.  i had to push joy stick to the front to correct it.
That time i thought  the problem may come from battery which was not updated meanwhile the air craft may be updated something.   it should be the cause of not compatible and malfunction.  
Then , i update this battery and try again.  It's ok. right now.   

The same thing happened to me. After the last update one of my 4 batteries had a fault. Please  improve the errow.

yes and it work good the battery in the old update works but in the new update doesnt

Hey Jamie,

I would not downgrade the firmware. The P4 works properly except one of  batteries. Maybe I'm waiting for the next battery-update. I hope DJI can fix the error.

I too After the latest  1.2.602 update  I had problems with the older battery . 1 out of 5 not usable unless I downgrade and all is well.


Hope DJI can fix this. This is my original P4 Battery with 46 cycles and still works great! 21 minutes of flight time.

I'd like to make a charging recommendation, that after each flight, remove the depleted battery, uses it up until your down to 10% then let it cool to room temperature put it in front of a fan to cool, the keep it fanned as it being charged!

These batteries lipo like to be deep cycled, then cooled first, then charged and cooled I  guarantee this procoss will exten the life of your  batteries . I use this battery as the primary battery and have not used the others yet.

Reason, I want to see now long this one battery lasts sine my purchase of this p4 back in march 2016!

The battery error has not been fixed. Meanwhile the copter had a gimbal problem. I embed it and today got a new phantom 4 pro from DJI. After unpacking, he had a GPS error and can not start. Great thing. I'm so happy. ;-(((
