In-flight battery error

I received in-flight battery error message, which is disappeared after a minute or so. After that battery is no longer charged. Any advices ?

nope nothing happened inflight, I just get a warning once I power the drone and after the initial connection between the drone and the remote.
Since it never happened before the last firmware upgrade I never put much attention to it. I'll try to make a screenshot when I get home...

Received a "Battery Error" while in flight yesterday also. Landed it safely without incident shortly after receiving the message however am now concerned. Is there any way to identify what caused the error? I'm assuming the flight log may have a unique code/description?

Some battery warnings are due to poor contacted connector, check yours if there's anything physical abnormality or you can post a close photo of the connector here.

Some other people reported battery issues including authentication problem.
Please don't make Mavic as Karma, please.
New problem reported days by days while I am waiting for new Mavic.
In stead of working on Mavic to make it safe to fly and be perfection and fulfilling their miles backed in pre-orders, now they share it with P4P and Inpires 2.

this last firmware took a lot of problem

gimbal isuee
gps lost
now, battery error

my idea is not  upgrade untill a few week, waiting to discover if the update is ok or not..

so, stay in the "old" firmware if the mavic is perfect is good choice

Hi Andy, could you please provide a screenshot of the battery error message?
And please upload the flight data to drop box and send me the link.
You can use the same method as you would for the Phantom 4.

So we are stuck with old fw, which has the lost of control problem, or the new fw which will potentially turn Mavic into a brick at height. Great.

Hi,

I am having a lot of issues with my Mavic.  One of these is a battery error.  Has anyone else had this error (see attached) and how can it be resolved?  Apolgies for the big picture.....

Hi Mindy,

About 30mins on start up, i had a battery status error, on the status bar. I restarted and it went away.
Should u be worried?
Didnt get a chance to record or screen shot.

This was my first flight with dji go 4 app.
Everything is up to date.

God forbid, Mindy, that DJI simply replace a defective or non-functioning battery without having to take screen shots, make short videos, upload them to your dropbox account, and so forth.  Why do you put your customers through the ringer.

I am having this issue with a pair of TB50 batteries for the Inspire 2.  My mistake was buying them directly from DJI.  Had I bought them from a local retailer, I could simply have the batteries replaced in a matter of days.

Your customer service is deplorable, and your should be embarrassed.

Sorry for the unpleasant experience. Screenshot and videos are just used for troubleshooting and better assistance.
What issue did you encounter? The same ''Battery error'' message during the flight?
