I discovered today that of one of the motors of my Phantom 4 the top white part is loose. I tried to tighten the screws holding this part but the screws are tight. This means that either the holes or the white plastic part are not correct. Where would I be able to find this part? I am going on December 4 for 2 months to Brasil for a video shoot and I would love to find this part before my departure.

Hi Dutch799, it's not recommended to change that part by yourself, the drone maybe out of the warranty for improper installation.
If you want to install it by yourself, please be more careful.

Why is it sold by DJI as a spare part then, it can't be that difficult to undo three screws ?

Does this mean that using any spares sold by DJI would void the warranty ?

If this is the case then they need to either withdraw the items for sale, or say that warranty will be voided if used.
