video transmission problems & Weak Transmission Signal On Phantom 4  - SOLVED
From Lots Of Days Haveing Same problems like many Others Users I Update RC / Downgrade RC / Update & Downgrade P4 .. Nothing Changed
HDMI Is working fine but had issues with Blank Video Screen / Green Pixel / video transmission problems / Weak Transmission Signal

I ask DJI Natalia  To Send me OLD App for ISO ...and she sent me Today  --- I recived and install it with Help of ( Impactor 0.9.34 )  and I made 2 long flights 2km every thing is working fine and smoth all problems is solved .....

On ISO  - App Version :  3.0.1 is working Perfect

I also downloaded the 2.8.1 but after 5 flights same prob popped up again. Huh

Don't know if it matters but as I was having green and black screen, I tried hitting the "HD" button in the dji go software and selected custom instead of auto and the problems went away. Tried this with several video devices ,iPad mini4, iPad air2 and iphone6. Also when I was having trouble, always, fat shark goggles worked fine in hdmi port. What's up?

Hi, setting to a custom band can help,did you set a channel to? (or just press the custom button) as one particular channel in your area can have less interference than the others.

Congratulations! Could you please send it to me too? I've been having the same video issue and tried all recommended upgrade/downgrade and everything also recommended.

I'd be so very happy if this worked for me. Otherwise I fear sending the P4 back to DJI and opening a whole new can of worms.

hello friends, for notice, this morning i update the new release app djigo 3.1.0. I fly immediately, and the problem solved for 80-90%, at the same place, sometimes a still image, but overall is much, much better than before, for me problem solved

frist check New Updated app casue DJI Go Updates today ! if problem is still there then tell me i can tell u how to install old app on ur ios device

Well, it looks like I'll need to send mine in. This didn't work for me. I was able to download and install the app but as soon as I take off, the video screen goes bananas. But as soon as I land and the motors stop spinning, the video is fine. I even started it up and just sat there for about 3-5 minutes and watched my video screen. There wasn't a single pixelation issue but as soon as I throttled up and raised her up off the ground, the image went completely haywire again.

I am looking forward to sending this into DJI - I've really and truely tried everything you good people have suggested for the past 5-6 weeks, almost every day, putting in at least 2-3 hours researching and trying all the recommended scenarios, firmware up/downgrade for everything, delete and reinstall, cleared all device apps, muted wi-fi aka airplane mode, present and past DJI GO apps, multiple iOS devices, drove to far out remote locations and even fired up a doobie at one =) that was interesting! Nothing has worked. Time to entrust in my wonderful DJI Care that cost $300. I'm sure I'll be so happy with this process. Really looking forward to working with DJI and resolving the defect. Its crazy though....isn't it? Something is rotten in the state of Denmark!

Hi I have the same prob. Green screen and other s video transmission problem since the new version. I never got this kind of problem Before. I have Djigo for Apple minipad 4. Can  i get the old version too. Please.

The Apple App store has 3.1.0 as an upgrade and that seems to fix it.

With the latest patch (today 11-17) the video transmission is better. during my flight test (20 min) don't see any green screen only some shorts black screens and short pixels problems. No freezing screen too. Video transmission is better but not at 100%. I deleted the DJIgo app and downloaded a new one before my flight test. I have a minipad 4. and i flight a P4. For me the problem is not resolved.

Well, that happens because you just installed an app outside of app store. Anyway, you just need to do a few clicks and that's it.

Go to Setting > General > Device Management > Click on app you installed > Trust.
If you are still confused, check this cydia impactor guide.
