What would be the minimum speed card to get to handle all the modes of the P4 Pro? Is it able to use UHS-II cards?

According to the specs, no it cannot use the UHS-II cards, only UHS-I. The Sandisk Extreme or Extreme Pro series would be fast enough to do the job.

Yeah I've just looked up the P4 Pro Specs :

Micro SD, Max Capacity: 128GB.
Write speed ≥15MB/s, class 10 or UHS-1 rating required

So UHS-1 is the minimum requirement - it doesn't actually specify any other limits, so maybe it is supported?

That's why I wasn't sure if it'll take the newer class cards.

Someone I know bought a Lexar 128GB 1000X UHS-II and P4P doesn't recognize the card. He also has a Lexar  64GB UHS-I and still doesn't work. But his old Sandisk 64 GB does the job ? Having the latest drone on the market not able to read fast cards is kinda weird !!!

Yeah, but there have been many reports of problems with the Lexar fast cards, it seems they have some issue.
