Maybe dji should put some of their test videos on the forum. This has restored faith in the mavic even more for me.

I suppose that is all cover under the warranty?
He didn't miss much but he did miss the swimming pool test and the jumping on it!

So mean! Why was he so angry at his Mavic???

What a torture! But amazing how "idiot proof" that thing is! I was surprised by the three test, amazing how it can recover itself. No doubt that my first attempt will end up in tears

Pretty extreme testing....  but good to see that the Mavic seems to be pretty tough.

I noticed that he kept the Gimbal cover on for most test... which is a VERY good idea when you aren't actually filming or taking photos.....

The Mavic is very sturdy, but the gimbal seems to be a point of weakness...   I managed to crash my Mavic on the first flight... it landed awkwardly and the gimbal snapped clean off the mounting plate - leaving it hanging by wires...   Straight back to DJI for repair... and another (hopefully not too long) wait for my second flight ( for which I WILL have the cover on)
