DJI - I have submitted my max 5400 points for some type of discount on DJI products.  Can someone from DJI please help me exchange this for some type of coupon or whatever . Also it would be nice if there were some type of directions on  how to redeem them eaisly .  Please correct me if I missed something , all it says on my Home page for points is "Auditing " .

Donnie,

you redeem them on your home page using this as the guideline:

180 DJI Points = 1 DJI Credit (USD)
*The minimum number of points required for redemption is 1800. The maximum redeemable amount is 5400 points per month.
*Redemption applications can be submitted at any time and will be checked on the first working day of each month. You can only submit one application per month.


once you submit the amount of points for dollars they need to be approved by DJI. You will see the dollars on your DJI credit after approval by DJI.

Hey Donnie, I did exchange some awhile ago. It was about $15 or so.  You have $37,77 bucks at 6800 points
You need to use the even amount see below:
6660 . $37.00

What Rich provided seems to be on point. As far as when it should change from audit to usable credit, you may want to shoot an email to onlinesales@dji.com. They would have a better time frame on that.

Quick question ,  Is is not true that since I own the X5 camera ( and the X3 still of course )  that all I need to do on a AC update for FW is update the AC to the Inspire Pro FW version and it will also Install all the necessary files for the X3 as well ?  I thought this to be true , but would like validation of this please.
( This is just for future reference and when advising others  )

Both the basic Inspire 1 and the Inspire Pro firmware have the same aircraft firmware package, their only difference is the package for the camera. The I1 Pro would not have any firmware packets for the X3 camera, so if you need to update the X3, you would still use the standard I1 firmware to update it. It would be a faster process, though, especially if you already used the X5 to update the craft and vice versa. Hope this helps.

so the more active you are the more you get

Also to Donnie last time i purchased something from the DJI store it had me log into my account and was able to use my points straight at checkout

Wow this is a old thread
The idea behind the points is to encourage people to participate and help others from your experience.
The more you post in the forum, the more points you will receive.

reading post does not count only participation
