Hey, just wondering how it is some people have thousands of followers on skypixel but might have only put up one or two pictures, anything I submit doesn't seem to be seen at all

They are probably sharing their Skypixel submissions to Twitter and other social media streams.

For the last few months, anything you put on Skypixel would not have been seen by anyone.
Skypixel has been broken for ages.
They tell me they are going to fix it one day.

I still don't buy it, I think there is a lot of fake Likes and Follows on skypixel. The website is usually too slow for me to use, it's hosted in Japan or China and has a very large bias towards their users.

Noticed it's the same old members in the Top list they provide.

It's an odd site, not really a social web site, not really a video hosting site, don't really know what it's purpose is. And if you want to link a Youtube video they want FULL control over your youtube account.

Yeah it seems weird to me and i just entered a few photos into the skypixel contest but don't know how thats going to work if the site isn't working properly

You could share your submission on more sites like here, it collects some photography evey now and then.Then your works may be seen by more peole.

It's a very SEO spammy web site, I don't like it.

I've seen software advertised that allows you to follow thousands of people (using hashtags to identify types) in the hope that some  will follow you back.
