Obviously i see some good stuff from DJI but I wanted to know if there was anyone who goes really deep into the features and explains everything one by one, with the definitions of things like what does VPS mean and other stuff like that (i've read stuff over and over) but I am more a visual person and i learn from seeing, any good recommendations ?

Tom's Tech Time hasn't had a chance to do much Mavic stuff yet, but a lot of the videos he did for the Phantom still apply. His run-through of the DJI Go app isn't complete because he did it before the Mavic came out, but it does cover a lot.

Michael Kincaid has a lot of little videos testing out specific Mavic features. He's not as experienced a drone user, which can be interesting. He dislikes Course Lock mode while Tom loves it, so looking at both their opinions is useful.

Drone Valley has some good videos, including a really interesting video where he takes the Mavic's casing off and pokes around in the electronics to explain it all.

The manual doesn't cover a lot of things and barely covers others. It is important to read it, but it isn't enough. The manual is a terrible way to learn how to use waypoints and many other things.

I think the people saying "read the manual" have not read the manual.
