Sync Failed. Retry - DJI Go App

Today I started getting "Sync Failed. Retry" while syncing my flights today (iPad 3 mini) and selecting 6 months. When I select 1 month it succeeds. Then when I try sync'ing my iPad 2 Air and iPhone 6+ they both fail regardless of what I select "1 month, 6 months and All". I notice today's flights taken on the iPad 3 mini are missing on the iPad Air 2 and iPhone 6+.

I also notice 2 pages for my P4 one with all my flights -1, and a single flight on a second page. What is that?

I too am unable to sync on my iPhone 6s+ with latest DJI GO version.  Gets to 3% then says Sync Failed:  Retry.

Same here with an iPad Air running iOS 10.1.1
Tried to sync today -- probably first time in a week or two. Unable to sync all day. Gets to 3%, then "Sync Failed. Retry". Last DJI GO update shows as 11/14/16.

So strange.  Like others, I have an Android phone I'm using because I refuse to take my iPhone out of its case every time I want to use it.  The Android syncs just fine, but my iPhone doesn't sync.

Is there any way to view the flight data that's synced on DJI's website somehow?

I routed my iPhone through an alternate gateway to do a tcpdump on it, and what I noticed was when I have the DJI Go app running, it's trying to do all sorts of connections to a 192.168.1.x address, which is weird because my network is not in that block.  As soon as I close DJI Go, it stops trying to access it.  I'm wondering if the app does some kind of VPN tunnel to DJI and that is messed up some how?  Just a theory.

Earlier tonight I uploaded my 3 flights for today with no problems. I then tripped upon HD Sync, dnlded it. Registered, etc. Then I went to upload my 10 flights I have on the system (and on my iPad Mini 4). (Everything here is brand new 1 week old, all updates are installed, as with firmware). I also can shout out and share I am trapped with the 3% issue too! (Just a little PISSED I never knew about the DJI Phantom 4 Pro! not even a week after my purchase and the Pro comes out! Damn!)...

It is obvious there is an issue with the DJI Upload site! and NOT Our aircrafts (or iPads, etc.).

I just hope I don't loose my flight data on the DJI servers.

Let's hope DJI is able to isolate this weird error soon.

192.168.1.X  is used mainly for routers I think?  (eg NetComm use 192.168.1.1 for most of their routers and occasionally 192.168.1.0

It appears that this problem has been corrected for some - but I found today I can't sync from DJI Go.  It goes about 3% and errors out.  Is there a fix that I missed?

The main page show all the information including flight total time, travel distance and flight times which has been synced on this mobile device. While the second page just shows the information mentioned above for one aircraft (P4). That means if you have another aircraft such as phantom 3 advanced, you will have the third page show the info only for P3A, then the main page will show you the info for both P4 and P3A.

I tried as you suggested and still get a "sync error".  The DJI Go App I'm using is 3.1.0 (2744).  Prior to getting the most recent up date, I had no problems syncing.  It always worked very well the first time.  I was able to upload some recent data to Healthydrones by using iTunes and copying the 'FlightRecords' file.  It would be great, however, to be able to once again have it work the way it is supposed to.

You used an IOS device, right? what's the model and IOS system?
Please export documents/tmp file for us. You could upload it to dropbox so that our engineers can analyze the file.

See my post on this matter. The problem does not go away with restarting, or reinstalling Go and re-synchronizing flight records. I have written directly to support and am happy to send .txt files of the flt logs.

Yes, I have an iphone 7 with 128 GB memory.  Its running on IOS version 10.1.1 and DJI Go is v3.1.0 (2744).  I searched the forum for instructions where to find the "export documents/tmp file" and upload it to dropbox.  But I couldn't find instructions.  If you tell me where the file is, I'll export it right away.  I've tried different connections as you suggested and all give the same results - "sync error".   I mentioned earlier that by using iTunes and copying the FlightRecords file, I was able to view the flight data in HealthyDrones. I'm looking forward to your reply.  Thank you.

Correct. Yet that is no my my issue. I have the following:

Page 1 = Summary Page
Page 2 = DA Cherub 1 (my p4 displaying 129 flights)
Page 3 = Eagle Eye (my sons p3s)
Page 4 = DA Cherub 1 (my p4 again displaying 1 flight)

So my issue is why is my P4 split across 2 pages? Currently page 2 is always correctly updated but page 4 is a loan page with just 1 flight listed.

I started to have this same issue 2 days ago and no matter what I did. It will not sync. What is going on? When is the DJI GO 4.0 app for IOS out? Will that solve this issue? This is frustrating.
