The new X5s has come out, which seems to be cheaper than the X5r... does anyone know why this is?

Also, I've been searching the internet to see if the X5s works with the Osmo handle but can't find an answer anwhere, does anyone know if with the X5 adapter, the X5s will work with the Osmo?
