Yes, try to keep your intelligent flight batteries warm, before you take off. It's also advised to let the drone hover for a couple of short minutes, to be sure they are warm enough for a safe and enjoyable time aloft.
In summer we try to reduce the IMU warm up period, but in the colder winter months, it's Definately advisable, to make sure all has been sufficiently warmed up, before venturing off, into the great unknowns. Ha
It may seem like a waste of time, but bringing your craft home safely, is always going to make those mere moments, well worth while. Fly safe and be happy...
