I've been using my 4th generation iPad (not the mini) and the DJI Go app without incident since I purchased our Phantom 4 in June. Today it indicated that it could not update the app. The message was that the device was not compatible. The iPad iOS is up to date. I then thought a reload of the app would address the issue. Unfortunately I get the same message when attempting to download a new version of the DJI Go. Anyone else having this issue?

That iPad does not have the processing power needed to efficiently run the latest app. You should be running an iOS device with an A7 processor or newer.

Thanks Jamie. That helps a great deal. Could you please confirm that an iPad with an A7 processor or greater will work?  I don't want the software to be requiring the processor and a mini, rather than an iPad. Thanks again.

Our fourth generation ipad is running version 10.1.1 without any other issues (just can't run your app).

It stopped working a long time ago, I had the ipad 4 as well. They stopped support for the processor it uses including apple. This was the reason I had to sell mine and got a 9.7" ipad pro. But any current ipad will be fine. Such a pain.
