I have the following issues with the Assistant 2 and my Mavic... Is there some bugs in Assistant2 or is it my Mavic?

- Unable to refresh the firmware... it times out at 0%
- Unable to see flight records.  Spins indefinitely.

Happens on both Windows and Mac.

This is after I reset to factory defaults.  When I first loaded Assistant 2, I did a reset to factory defaults on my craft based on advice from DJI Ken on another forum for my camera problems.  That was successful.

Then I though I would try to reload firmware and that did not work as above.  I could also not get the flight recorder list to show anything as shown above.

Then I tried loading up my Windows 10 VM and using DJI Assistant 2 from Windows and that wasn't any better.  Maybe there's a problem with the Mac's USB stack or something?  I hear others are able to get this working in Windows.  But I see lots of other folks having issues with Assistant 2 and a Mac.

Could you please clarify which version of DJI Assistant you are using?
