Hi everyone,

Today I received my brand new dji osmo from amazon. I put the battery on charge the green light came on straight away. I assumed the battery was charged so I put it in the osmo and the battery was around 70% charged.


I then put the battery on charge after some use, battery pack was still showing a green light when i insterted the battery, i left this in for around 10 mins and all of a sudden i heard a pop and my electrice in my house tripped.

Is this a problem with the charger or battery?

Even if the plug is unpluged the green light comes on, is this normal?


This is my first dji product, first thoughts is i want to retun it due to the issues in the first couple of hours of ownership.

Any thoughts?

The greenlight should be blinking when it's charging, and will stay on when it's fully charged.  Yours sounds like the charger's issue, somewhere in the charger is short-circuited.
