Whats going on DJI? I ordered a mavic, 2 extra batteries, extra props, battery brick and extra gimball cover on 9/28. Order # 001199605421Recieved Mavic on 11/10 and its going on two weeks waiting on accessories...what the??? is going on?Just a little confused if you're infact on a first come first serve, why are others receiving combo packs that have ordered AFTER me? What is the policy for priority here? Should I have just ordered a combo pack to ensure i got the batteries?  


Am I the only one waiting on extra batteries etc. from order?

Most of us haven't even got our mavic's yet, be thankful you have something to use.

Sorry you complete order is not fulfilled.
The accessories will be shipped when ready.
But it is better that they split your order though, at least you have the Mavic.

I  have a separate order ordered at 0200 on 9/28 for one battery 4 propsl and a bag,   no movement for almost two months,   a guy is selling batteries,  on ebay,  says 10 on hand,  for 195.00 each and say's he is a authorized dealer,   Sad,  You buy into there program, but get little or no support,   I see people getting combo pacts,  two and three days after my order,   do not understand, nor think its fair, but I only a customer,

Understand Ken but thats not the point, if they are shipping combos then they have batteries, did you not read the actual post?

Their site clearly stated that accessories would be shipped a few weeks after the drone...  Am I the only one who read that?
Also, why didn't you just order the Fly More combo when it came with all that and a little more for nearly the same price (basically, you get the bag for free)?

Doesn't make sense. All my accessories are on the same order. Not even an ETA. Yet they continue to ship Combo packs :/

Obviously batteries is the issue .. I ordered extra batteries as well .. separately from my Mavic order ... guess you'll just have to wait.

Yes, they are shipping combos but maybe extra batteries are limited and that's why they split your order.
That's what I was saying.

I think you should just be happy to have it.  I ordered on 9-28, haven't gotten anything yet, now its dark when I go to work, dark when I come home from work, and already below freezing here.  I suppose I could just sell mine if and when it even shows up as I won't be able to fly it for months.  Just be glad you got it when you did as there are thousands of others that ordered before you or right around the same time that don't have jack sh**.

I went ahead and canceled the rest of my 9/28 order. This is silliness, I ordered from Apple and got everything 2 weeks later. ordered 11/23 landed 12/9.
