I am new to the Drone world and love my Phantom 3 standard I use my Android based Note 5 phone to control it. I am thinking a larger screen would be handy like maybe a iPad Mini 2. I am nervous to try upsetting the apple cart since everything works great now do you think it would be hard to switch to the mini without screwing up some software or something. Also can you use two separate devices and just alternate for the same drone
When you load the Go app to any other unit that works, and turn on the drone, it will pair up with that particular device.
The drone don't know which one you use, or care, as long as they are compatible.
Using devices from the DJI approved list 'usually' works best. ;-)
