Hi, can anybody help me? My configuration A3+LB2+Matrice 600 Kit for X5 cameras do not see the X5R gimbal. On LB2 (cellphone display with DJI Go app) there is message DJI A3 - aircraft connected so I enter ,,Camera,, and on the bottom of the Aircraft status there is Gimbal status: Disconnacted (red letters). The X5R makes strange sounds-continuously beeps. This X5R gimbal works well with my OSMO so the camera is good working.
I bought the Kit for mounting the X5R on Matrice 600 frame and I connected the 7pin cable to LB2 and 3-pin-BUS cable exactly as shows the DJI video tutorial. I do not have Matrice 600 frame, I want to use my S900 frame. Please tell me what is wrong. I have spent too much money for this upgrade (from A2-S900 to A3+LB2+X5R+S900). I also have upgraded all actual firmware that is possible but as about X5R - there is no support from DJI for this gimbal. Thank you very much for any good advise. I think more people will need this manual so please, lets get together some clear tutorial for everyone :-)

  

I am running the S900/A3/LB2/X5R with no problems.

Couple of things. If you have updated your X5R using the OSMO handle then that will be fine and will work with the A3/LB2.

Without the camera mounted does the controller and app connect to the aircraft?

I get this message with A3/LB2/Z15/GH4/S1000.
The gimbal works OK from Master and Slave controllers so I thought it was just that the gimbal not compatable so I will be interested in the fix.

Hi, may you please send me the foto of your connection layout (or just write me the plugs you used), especialy where you connested two cables from X5/X5r adapter to the LB2 and A3? Thank you.
I already tryed two X5R cameras and both do not work with this configuration, but the cameras work OK with Inspire and OSMO :-(

my m600 with x5r was working fine now I have same issue!!!
