Is anyone else having issues recording videos with an external mic? This is my second OSMO and I am still not able to record with an external microphone. Is there a setting I am missing?
Both work fine without ext mics
The first one  would only record for 3-4 sec and would shut  down video.
The one I exchanged it for  records video with no audio

I have the most current firmware
Am using an Aputure A. LAv  mic (tested mic on iPhone  no issues )

Help I hate to return the OSMO but without an external mic iI can't  use

What sound level have you got the Osmo set to?

When you bought Osmo, there should be a free external mic, did it work?
